- For downloadable digital products (e.g., e-books, PDFs, guides), refund requests will be considered only if the product is materially different from its description, is corrupted, or is inaccessible due to a fault on our part.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products that have been fully downloaded, accessed, or used without any technical fault on our part;
- Products purchased under a promotional offer, discount, or bundle marked “non-refundable” at the time of purchase;
- Custom services or consultations that have already been rendered;

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted — for example, where part of a bundled product has been used or where a discount was applied to the original purchase.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a subscription or a recurring service, you must notify us at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle. Fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable.
9. Chargebacks
